January
We only run
one time in January, see Schedule for the collection week. Your Pickup day is the same as always. We collect
Christmas trees! If the tree is over 6' in length please cut in half.
Remove any ornaments or plastic bags and set it to the curb on your
next pickup day. Each piece is considered one of your allotted items
as an Annual Customer.
February
We only run one time in February, see Schedule for the collection week. Your Pickup day is the same as always. We collect Christmas trees! If the tree is over 6' in length

March
We have two winter pickups in March, see Schedule for the correct colleciton weeks. Your Pickup day is the same. Tree limbs need to be bundled with rope or twine
in measurements of 18" x 36" bundles OR put into a PAPER bag
or cardboard box. Limits apply to tree limbs.
April
Regular weekly summer pickups begin in April. Weight limit per bag
or bundle is 50lbs. Remember wet grass and leaves will be heavier then
dry contents, please fill your bags accordingly. Please protect paper
bags from continuous wet weather prior to pickup.
May
Please do not fill multiple small bags with yard waste and place into one large
bag. Bags that contain other plastic bags in them will be considered as
containing trash and will be left at the curb for repackaging. Don't forget
we work Memorial Day and the schedule does not change for the holiday.
June
Annual Customers can purchase "Over Limit Stickers" to place on
bags that are over your weekly limit. Contact the office at 816-761-8300 for
more information.
July
Remember we always closed the week of July 4th. See the Schedule for which week we are closed. Schedule will resume the following week.
August
Not to many customers have yard waste during August so be sure to put your
bags at the curb by 7:00 a.m. as the drivers tend to get done early this time
of year.
September
Remember - we work Labor Day, so the schedule doesn't change.
October
Annual Customers can purchase "Over Limit Stickers" to place on
bags that are over your weekly limit. Contact the office at 816-761-8300 for
more information. Remember that everyone has leaves this time of year so pickups may run later in the day. We also occassionally run extra trucks to help with pickup so your pickup time can vary greatly. Be sure to put your bags out by 7:00 am.
November
Depending on which program you have chosen your limits may change during
the winter pickups. Please refer to your Program Guidelines for more
information or contact the office. Remember - we always close the week
of Thanksgiving. The office
is closed this week.
December
We pickup the first three weeks in December. Your weekly limit may be different this time of year, please refer
to your pickup guidelines. Your pickup day does not change. Please make
sure that bags are visible and accessible during inclement weather.
The office is CLOSED during the winter off weeks but we do return phone calls so please leave a message or send an email.
